From your first message to your first lesson in 24–48 hours. Here's exactly what happens at every step.
Fill in the short Request a Tutor form or message us directly on WhatsApp. Tell us the subject, grade, curriculum or exam board, your country, and the days and times that suit your family. This costs nothing and creates no obligation.
A coordinator from our team personally reviews your request and shortlists tutors from our pool of 10,000+ registered teachers — matching by subject expertise, curriculum experience, availability in your timezone and teaching style. Every tutor's identity and qualifications are verified before they can teach.
Meet the tutor in a complimentary online trial lesson over Zoom, Google Meet or Skype. See the teaching style, check the connection quality, and let your child get comfortable. If it's not the right fit, we'll arrange another tutor — still free.
Once you're happy, we confirm a weekly schedule and a transparent monthly fee based on the subject, level and number of lessons. Fees are collected by eTutors Hub — not handed to individual tutors — which keeps everything accountable. Remember: finding and matching was free; you only ever pay for lessons.
Regular one-to-one lessons begin. You can reach our team on WhatsApp at any time to reschedule, add subjects, request progress feedback or change tutors. We stay involved for the whole journey — that's the difference between a managed service and a marketplace.
Laptop, tablet or even a phone — lessons run on Zoom, Google Meet or Skype, whichever your family prefers.
For maths and sciences, tutors use shared digital whiteboards so working is visible, step by step, just like a classroom board.
Tutors teach from your child's actual textbooks, syllabus and past papers — so lessons directly support school work and exams.
Send your requirements now and we'll usually arrange your free demo lesson within 24 to 48 hours.
